O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 3 and 2 - Tahsildar and District Collector, in considering the applications filed by the petitioner, the latest one being 20.06.2018, for assignment of subject land on payment of market value on par with one B.Srinivasulu, Chinnaiah Gunta of Chaterji Nagar, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District vide proceedings No.SplB3/1461/07 dated 22.09.1997, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to dispose of the application of the petitioner stated to have been made on 20.06.2018 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
