This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 05.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29962 of 2017. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner representation, dated 13.05.2017 in accordance with law.

This contempt case is pending from 2017 and cognizance was not taken as required under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
