Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition itself can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2017 and same is not opposed by Sri C.Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending with the competent authority by way of representation dated 20.02.2017, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
