Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the Dy. Registrar of Chits (2nd respondent) under the provisions of the A.P. Chit Fund Act, 1982 in A.R.B.No.264 of 2013 on 25-09-2014 and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said appeal. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within two (02) months after giving notice to respondent Nos.4 to 10.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal within two (02) months after giving notice to respondent Nos.4 to 10. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
