HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7065 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.11.2017, whereby, I.A.No.666 of 2017 in I.A.No.417 of 2016 in O.S.No.482 of 1997, filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed by the I-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.

It is not in dispute that earlier, objections to the Commissioner's report were filed on 04.08.2017 vide I.A.No.417 of 2016. Therefore, the trial Court has rightly not allowed the petitioner to again file objections to the same Commissioner's report.

Finding no illegality or perversity in the impugned order, I hereby confirm the same.

Revision petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
