HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45839 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed an appeal under Section 8 of the A.P. Dotted Lands (Updated in Resettlement Register) Act, 2017, before the 2nd respondent, on 18.10.2018, against the endorsement of the 3rd respondent in Ref.No.E4/33/Valmikipuram/dotted lands/18, dated 27.04.2018, rejecting the claim of the petitioner under Section 4(3) of the A.P. Dotted Lands Act, 10/2017, in respect of the land to an extent of Ac. 0.25 cents in Survey NBo.167/A2 of Valmikipuram Village, Chittoor District, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said appeal. Hence, the present appeal is filed. 2.

Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 3.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner, on 18.10.2018, and dispose of the same within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
