In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal" none appeared for the petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the dispute raised in this writ petition has been resolved during the pendency of the writ petition.

Since the dispute raised in this writ petition has been resolved, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
