This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents not disposing petitioner's application as per the rules in force for building permission application No.3/C1/15082/2017, dt.08.11.2017 for Plot No.158 of Bhavanagar is illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to grant building permission and orders may be passed accordingly in the interest of justice."

I have heard the submissions of Smt. Harija Akkineni, learned counsel for the petitioner, and of Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel representing the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 19.04.2016, in W.P.No.37810 of 2015. A copy of the said order in the afore-stated writ petition is placed on record. 4.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the earlier orders of this Court in the afore-stated writ petition, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

MSRM, J W.P.No.41531 of 2017 Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 19.04.2016, passed in W.P.No.37810 of 2015, to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
