This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.27.09.2018 in W.P.No.32443 of 2018. This Court had directed the Collector, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.20.08.2018 within six weeks. 2.

On 09.11.2018, the Collector, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District has passed an order disposing of the petitioners' representation.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dt.09.11.2018 of the District Collector, Komuram Bheem Asifabad District in a separate proceeding, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
