This writ petition is filed alleging non-registration of F.I.R/crime against accused mentioned in the complaint of the petitioner dated 14-12-2018.

When the matter is taken-up, Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of FIR.No.317 of 2018, dated 23-12-2018, wherein crime is registered. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
