This writ is filed to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property without following due procedure as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings on instructions submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action against the property of the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject property without following due process of law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
