Heard Sri S.M.Saifullah for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- "...... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders under Article 226 of Constitution of India declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not filing charge sheet under section 173 of Cr.P.C in Crime No. 159 of 2016 dtd:08-09-2016 of Medak Town Police Station as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to file charge sheet in respect of Crime No. 159 of 2016 of Medak Town Police....".

Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record written instructions dated 07.12.2017 and submits that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.159 of 2016, the 3rd respondent filed charge-sheet on 11.02.2017.

In view of filing of charge-sheet, no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
