THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.7340 of 2017 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge Court-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court-cum-III Additional Family Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri in passing orders on the Memo S.R.No.569 of 2017 in M.C.No.136 of 2015 pending before the said Court.

Since the said Memo is said to be pending on the file of the said Court in M.C.No.136 of 2015, the said Court is directed to pass orders on the said Memo within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
