This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of bail in Crime No.23 of 2018 of Karimnagar ACB Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the earlier bail application of this petitioner/ accused in Crl.P.No.12537 of 2018, this Court has dealt with the subject matter and passed elaborate order dismissing the said Criminal Petition on 12.12.2018. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court and as such, there is nothing to take a different view.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
