Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in taking action against the illegal constructions made in H.No.13-4-24, situated at Karwan main road, beside Darbar Maisamma Temple, Karwan, Hyderabad and encroachment of public road by respondent No.6, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to consider the representation dated 30.10.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of the authorities the illegal constructions made by respondent No.6, by encroaching into the aforementioned property.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to deal with the representation dated 30.10.2018, made by the petitioner with regard to the illegal constructions made by respondent No.6 in respect of H.No.13-4-24, situated at Karwan main road, beside Darbar Maisamma Temple,

Karwan, Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing the writ petitioner and respondent No.6, at the earliest. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
