After arguing the case for a considerable length of time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the complaint dated 14.07.2017 made to the 3rd respondent Inspector General.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
