Heard Ms.V.Baby Rani for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Inaction in registering FIR on complaint, dated 11.11.2017, is complained in the present writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that the complaint has been enquired into and prima facie it appears a civil dispute is brought out in the complaint dated 11.11.2017. The 3rd respondent would inform the petitioners the outcome of enquiry of complaint, dated 11.11.2017. The statement is placed on record.

The 3rd respondent is directed to inform the outcome of complaint dated 11.11.2017 to the petitioners within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
