THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 45871 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in taking action against the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents in premises bearing No.17-1-319-A/ 18/ 1/ 2, situated in Owaisinagar, Santoshnagar, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner, which was acknowledged on 05.11.2018, bringing to the notice of the authorities the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents in the aforementioned premises.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to deal with the said representation made by the petitioner with regard to the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents in respect of premises bearing No.17-1-319-A/ 18/ 1/ 2, situated in Owaisinagar, Santoshnagar,

Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing the writ petitioner and the unofficial respondents, at the earliest. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
