It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, that on the complaint of the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.230 of 2018 was registered by the Police on the file of Mudinepalli Police Station on 16.12.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
