(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide present petition, petitioner seeks a direction, thereby, directing the respondents to produce the detenu i.e., the husband of the petitioner before this Court and set him at liberty.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on advance notice, has informed this Court that the detenu is accused no.2 in Crime No.438 of 2017, A.S. Nagar P.S., Vijayawada City and he was arrested on 23.12.2017. Thereafter, the concerned Court sent him to judicial custody. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents at Bar, we are hereby not inclined to pass further direction in the present petition.- Writ petition is accordingly, closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
