Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the respondents in not considering their representation dt.07.08.2017 to prevent the alleged illegal sale transaction in respect of the property in RS.No.735-2 admeasuring Ac.4.35 cents situated at Amalapuram Municipality belonging to RCM Church Society by unauthorized and unconcerned persons 2.

Counsel for petitioners is unable to point out any statutory provision conferring power on the respondents to stop such transactions.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is misconceived and it is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
