THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43285 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner had made a representation on 15.07.2017 to the 2nd respondent for rectification of entries in Town Survey Register invoking Section 87 of A.P (TA) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli and contends that said representation is not disposed by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of two(02) months and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of two(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
