THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42468 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".......Writ in the nature of Mandamus by declaring the action of respondent No.2 & 3 are not taking any steps to recover the TRACTOR TROLLY bearing NO.AP22-Y-3207, CULTIVATER from the possession of the Respondent No.4 and the petitioner gave representation to the Respondent No.2 on 20.11.2017 through RPAD was delivered on 21.11.2017 and till now not taken any action against Respondent No.3 and not recovered the stolen property i.e TRACTOR TROLLY BEARING NO.AP22-Y-3207, CULTIVATER......" The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that investigation is completed, 3rd respondent has addressed a letter to ACP seeking permission to file final report and on receipt of permission, the final report copy will be served on petitioner and filed into Court.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
