When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Home that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.16872 of 2017 dated 11.05.2017 and a copy of the same is also placed on record. By virtue of the aforesaid order, this Court allowed the said Writ Petition setting aside the impugned notice therein.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned notice in File.No.C/1232/2018 dated 17.11.2018. 3.
