Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II submits that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.25633/2017, dt.08.08.2017, the petitioner was sent for survey training.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I do not see any violation of the order passed in the writ petition.
