Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application filed by the petitioner on 10.06.2016 under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971, seeking regularization of sale made by him through un-registered sale deed, in respect of the subject property; is stated to the pending with the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the said respondent to dispose of the application in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
