This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.93 of 2017 of Koilkonda Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 01.02.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime police filed final report before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahaboobnagar, referring the case as 'false.' 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
