HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 45912 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not stopping the illegal constructions, excavation activity for cellar and removal of such constructions made by respondents 4 and 5 in Dr.No.45-33 and Dr.No.4-5-33/ A, Tilak Road, Karimnagar Town, as illegal, arbitrary and improper, and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to demolish the illegal structures in the subject premises. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Satyam Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, Karimnagar placed on record the instructions received from the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karimnagar, wherein it is stated that the work undertaken by the unofficial respondents has been stopped and that notices have been issued to them for producing the necessary documents.

In view of the above, since action has been initiated against the unofficial respondents for the alleged unauthorized constructions made in the subject premises, which is the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition is closed for the present. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
