O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 through Mee-Seva on 08.11.2018, for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
