Heard Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati-the learned counsel for the petitioner/5th defendant and Sri N.A.Ramachandra Murthy for the 1st respondent/plaintiff and perused the impugned order. As the document requires stamp duty and registration if any is undisputedly a matter for consideration while marking and premature to go into and as the parties sought for is to file a suit for specific performance pursuant to this order, the 5th defendant no way prevented to file any such suit if otherwise entitled under law to file and cause send for the document if any to that file by substitution of any photostat copy.
