HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.46046 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri P.Bhaskar, the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, that there is an alternative remedy of arbitration in the general conditions of contract and without availing the said remedy, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to file appropriate application before the respondent authorities for reference of the dispute to arbitration and for consideration of the same strictly in accordance with law.
