The petitioner challenges the impugned notification dated 04-12-2017 to the extent of calling for application for appointment to the fair price shop dealership post to shop No.8, Thammarajupalle Village of Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District.

Admittedly, the petitioner appointed as temporary dealer vide proceedings dated 16-10-2008 and now the petitioner wants to question the impugned notification for making permanent appointments to the fair price shop dealers. Since the petitioner has been continuing as temporary dealer, permanent appointments can be made. Except this ground no other ground is raised in the writ petition.

It is to be seen that temporary dealer has no locus standi to question the notification for making permanent appointments.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is eligible, he can apply in pursuance to impugned notification. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
