Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. As the writ petition is being disposed of without going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in considering the representation dated 26.06.2018 of the petitioner and contemplating to grant building permission in the name of the 4th respondent herein, in respect of the petitioner's vacant site, admeasuring 167.20 sq.yards in old T.S.Nos. 562, 568 and 566 and present T.S.No. 892 of Korlampeta within the limits of the Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district, as arbitrary, illegal and improper. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though the petitioner made a representation on 26.06.2018 and though six months have elapsed, till date, there is no response from the respondents. He further submits that the application made by the 4th respondent for building permission is pending before the 2nd respondent.

On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram would submit that if the representation dated 26.06.2018 made by the petitioner is pending, the same shall be taken into consideration while granting building permission to the 4th respondent, if not already granted. 5.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with consent, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders, taking into consideration the orders, if any, passed by the Civil Court with regard to the application of the 4th respondent for building permission, and also the objections raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 26.06.2018 and, after hearing all concerned, as early as possible. 6.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
