THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.46060 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Registrar, JNTU/R.2 herein on 14.12.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramachandra Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Court deems is appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 14.12.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
