Petitioners'

grievance is that the Appeals No.D/131/2017, D/132/2017, D/133/2017 and D/141/2017 filed by them are pending before the 3rd respondent for a long time and that the 3rd respondent is not passing orders in the said appeals.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeals within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said appeals within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
