THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41894 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner states that he belongs to Scheduled Tribe (ST) category and he appeared for the examination conducted for the post of Veterinary Assistant pursuant to the Notification No.30/2017, dated 02.06.2017. In the said Notification, 36 posts of Veterinary Assistants for Karimnagar District were notified and two posts are reserved for ST (General). He appeared for the written test on 23.07.2017 and results were declared. When he was not called for verification of certificates, which was undertaken on 04.10.2017 and 10.10.2017, he submitted a representation on 16.10.2017 to consider his answer scripts by evaluating OMR sheet and declare the result. When the same was not considered, he filed the present writ petition.

As on today, the petitioner does not know the reason for not declaring the result of the petitioner. In respect of the technical defect not connected with the merit, this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017, directed the respondents therein to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioners therein and depending on the marks obtained by them, shall take further action. But, this Court is not in a position to know the reason for non-declaration of the result of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 16.10.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
