This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not receiving the documents presented by the petitioner by virtue of Sale Deed with General Power of Attorney dated 03.11.2018 and register and release the same in respect of the property of vacant site admeasuring 6000 Square Yards or 5016.78 square meters, situated in Sai Madhava Nagar Area in Patta No.36, covered by Sy.No.141/1A of Vepagunta Village within the limits of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Gopalapatnam S.R.O limits, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.6343/2018, 31610/2018 and 31655/2018. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land, if the same is in order as per the provisions of Indian Stamps and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder, and if the subject land is not included in the list of prohibited properties for registration as per Section 22-A of the Act or not prohibited for registration by any order/injunction

passed by the Court or competent authority. If he wants to refuse registration, he shall record reasons and communicate the same to the parties. No order as to costs.
