Aggrieved by the endorsement dated 30.09.2018 issued through Meeseva, Rowthulapudi Mandal, East Godavari Districtg vide Transaction ID.No.TRAMUD11801219203 dated 29.08.2018, in rejecting the claim of the petitioners for issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Then claim of the petitioner is rejected under the impugned endorsement by noting "Rejected'. It does not disclose that before rejecting the claim of the petitioner, he was issued with any notice affording opportunity and further no reasons are also assigned. This amounts to violation of principles of natural justice. On this ground alone, impugned endorsement dated 30.09.2018, is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, to issue notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, and after affording opportunity of hearing, shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly allowed to the extent indicated above. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
