THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43437 of 2017 When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 21.12.2017, furnished by the Station House Officer, Piler Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The penultimate paragraph of the said instructions reads as under:

"The investigation is completed and filed charge sheet before the Hon'ble Court of Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class vide C.C.No.515/2017 on 15.11.2017".
