THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.45992 of 2018 ORDER:

1) This is a case where the purchasers of the flats in Prakruthi Palace Apartments, Gandhi Nagar Area, Palamaner Town, Chittoor District, have approached this Court seeking power connection to their flats.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Energy (Telangana) 3) It is the case of the petitioners that on account of the dispute among the promoters of the builders, the builders are not approaching the 4th respondent seeking Occupancy Certificate. In those circumstances, they seek a direction to the respondent authorities to consider their application and provide power connection to their flats. In the facts of the present case, as it is mandatory for obtaining the Occupancy Certificate, builder to approach the municipal authorities and obtain the same.

Since the builder is not approaching the municipal authorities, the petitioners shall make an application on their behalf, and, as and when the application is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders with respect to the Occupancy Certificate, within 15 days from the date of submission of the applications.

Corporation of Hyderabad1 case and pass appropriate orders. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
