This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner Nos.2 & 3-accused Nos.2 & 3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.168 of 2O18 on the file of Women Police Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'l.P.C') and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short 'D.P Act'). 2.
None appears for the petitioners. Perused the record. 3.
As seen from the record, the case is of the year 2018. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was flled in the year 20 18. The exact stage in the Court below is not known.
