This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.11.2017 in I.A. No.1503 of 2017 in O.S.No.235 of 2011 on the file of the Court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
