HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.41099 of 2017 O R D E R:- The inaction in registering the crime on complaint dated 25.10.2017 is canvassed in the present writ petition. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that the acknowledgement of complaint dated 25.10.2017 is not available and as a matter of fact, if a complaint on occasioning of the offence is brought to the notice of the respondents, the same is entered in General Diary, thereafter proceeded with, as per the directives issued in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would send the copy of this complaint by registered post with acknowledgment due. If the complaint is sent by registered post with acknowledgment due, it is needless to observe that the respondents act in accordance with law. Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
