ORDER

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the transfer criminal petition with liberty to file an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. or under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice, before the Court below.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On filing the aforesaid application by petitioners, the Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
