THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2795 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case was filed alleging wilful disobedience to the order, dated 14.11.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.38055 of 2017. By the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to submit a written explanation or objection to the notice, dated 31.10.2017; and, on the petitioner submitting such representation with objections, the authority concerned of the GHMC was directed to consider and take an appropriate decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

When this contempt case is taken up for hearing, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for GHMC representing the respondent, states that the order, dated 14.11.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.38055 of 2017 has been complied with. Copy of the proceeding, dated 13.12.2017, in Lr.No.06/TPS/C18/GHMC/2017, issued by the Assistant City Planner, Circle 18, GHMC, is placed on record in proof thereof.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
