The case of the petitioner is that he made number of representations to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar and the latest one was made on 01.10.2018, for issuance of new pattadar pass book in the place of old one and for extension of benefit under Rythu Bandu Scheme. As no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 01.10.2018, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
