CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.43910 of 2017 05.01.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by rejection of stay application by respondent No.2 pending the appeal before respondent No.3, this writ petition is filed.

After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.4 is restrained from collecting the disputed tax subject to the petitioner paying 1/3rd thereof within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
Subject to the above condition, impugned order, dated 24.11.2017, vide AJC Order No.1149, of respondent No.2 is set aside and the Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 4.
