CVNR,J Order:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.41245 of 2015. 2.

As the structure belonging to the petitioner which is the subject matter of the writ petition, was demolished by the respondents, they were given an opportunity to reconstruct the demolished structure. Accordingly, after taking time on more than one occasion, respondent No.1 has filed his additional counter affidavit, wherein he has inter alia stated that the structure which was demolished by the Contractor while constructing drainage, is restored by him. He has also filed a photograph showing the said structure. 3.

In the light of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.1 by restoring the demolished structure, I do not find any reason to proceed further in contempt against the respondents. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt case is disposed of. Respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings.

5.

As a sequel to the disposal of the contempt case, I.A.No.1 of 2017 (Appl.No.1140 of 2017) and I.A.No.1 of 2018 stand disposed of as infructuous.
