The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring action of the Respondents more particularly Respondent No 4 in not conducting enquiry into the fake patty certificate allegedly granted to the Respondent No. 5 in agricultural land to an extent of Ac 3-00 in Sy. No. 242, Kannekal village, Madugulapalli Mandal (the then Niddamanur Mandal) Nalgonda District despite of directions from the Respondent vide Lr No.

D1/1314/2016 dated 05.05.2016 as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to conduct the enquiry into the fake patta certificate granted to the Respondent No 5.."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader by referring to the written instructions states that the enquiry into alleged fake patta relied on by the 5th respondent will be undertaken and completed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement made by referring to written instructions is accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
