Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders of this Court have been complied with by the respondents by passing order dated 24.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the said statement, however, seeks leave of the Court to avail appropriate remedy against the decision made by the Chief General Manager (HRD) TSNPDCL/Corporate Office, Hanamkonda, Warangal dated 24.12.2018.

Granting the said liberty, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
